I became a mom to my son Kai, on December 19, 2017, and it has been such a crazy, but amazing ride. In this blog, I'll talk to you as if you were a friend, telling you about my stories, bonding over interests, and encouraging you to be your best self.

I am married to an amazing man, and mom of Kai Maddox. I am a recording artist / singer that is on hiatus. I am an event planner. I love good quality and responsible food. I love travelling. I love my family... but most importantly, I love to feel good about who I am.
